Integro Private Wealth has expanded its leadership and technical teams as it continues building its national footprint, saying the appointments will strengthen the firm’s operational capacity as it grows its presence across Australia’s east coast.
The firm has appointed Marilyn Hearne as operations manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience across banking, finance, accounting and operations, with expertise in governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
She joins Integro from title service provider Central Desert Native Title Services, where she most recently held a senior client services leadership role overseeing team management, strategy execution and service delivery.
Prior to that, Hearne was operations manager, native title, at Perpetual, where she was responsible for governance and compliance oversight across the national business.
Commencing in her new role at Integro on 6 July, Hearne will support the firm’s service delivery and internal processes as Integro continues to scale nationally.
