MATTHEW MCNEILLY

Matthew is the principal and managing director of Sirona Capital, a leading real estate funds management and advisory firm. His responsibilities include the ideation and origination of all real estate opportunities, managing strategic capital partnerships, and overseeing the performance of Sirona’s real estate business, investments and funds.

Matthew has worked in Australia and overseas with institutions, governments, banks, corporations and family offices, building more than thirty years of experience in real estate acquisition, divestment, development and finance.

Prior to co-founding Sirona in 2010, Matthew spent fifteen years in real estate investment banking, including establishing the Perth office of the Australian investment house Grant Samuel. He is presently Chair of Council at Christ Church Grammar School.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration from London Business School, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
