LUI GIULIANI

Lui is managing director of the boutique private equity and corporate advisory firm Aspire Capital Partners. He has more than thirty years of business experience, gained through his professional chartered accounting roles and ownership of various businesses.

Prior to co-founding Aspire Capital, Lui had a twenty-year career at Ernst & Young and was a partner for more than seven years. As leader of their Strategic Markets Group in the Perth office he assisted emerging and large private companies with strategic business advice and corporate structuring. In addition, Lui has the benefit of more than twelve years’ experience in advising major corporates such as Wesfarmers Ltd (including Bunnings Group), Foodland Associated Ltd, RAC of WA, Alcoa, and Home Building Society.

Lui has director and board advisory roles with Georgiou Group, CDM Australia, CMTG Group, J & R Business Management, and was a previous director with Football West. He is also chairman of Austral Fisheries Pty Ltd, a member of the Japanese-based global Maruha Nichiro group, and has previously held advisory roles with Intercon Millar Logistics, Realmark, and Emission Assessments.

Lui is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Curtin University, and completed a Strategic Management course at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
