GLEN MESCH

Glen brings over more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in financial services, having held executive roles across Perpetual, Shadforth Financial Group, Asgard, and Skandia. As State Manager for WA and SA at Perpetual Private, he led regional growth, elevated client service standards, and built high-performing advisory teams. Later, as Head of Shadforth WA, Glen oversaw one of the country’s largest private wealth operations, mentoring advisers and driving strategic outcomes.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep industry insight, Glen supports Integro’s strategic direction, team development, and commitment to delivering client-centric advice. Outside of work, he’s a passionate cyclist and lifelong student of leadership and performance.
